"Speak unto the Sons of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes (Heb. Tzitzit) in the borders (Heb. kanfot - wings) of their garments (Tallit) throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband (Heb. cord/thread) of blue: And it shall be unto you for a tzitzit, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of YHWH, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be set apart unto YHWH." - Numbers 15:38-40

" I will greatly rejoice in YHWH, my soul shall be joyful in my KING; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation (Tallit/Kippah), he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness-the Tallit" - Ishayah 61:10
Fulfillment:
The Hebrew Messiah of Israyl and Savior of the world, YHWH's Son Yahsha h'Meshiakh lived in order to fulfill the every Torah word of YHWH the Creator of heaven and earth. (Matt.4:4; 5:17; Y'shayah 8:20, 42:21). He wore the Tallit with the tzitzits because it was commanded by YHWH, and because of His love and obedience to His ordained mission, YHWH greatly blessed Him to perform miracles of healing, even resurrecting the dead! He did all these wonders with the ordained Robe of Righteousness, the Wedding Garment fit for those of the Melchizedek Priesthood - the four cornered - one piece - qodesh beged - this Royal Tallit! We implore that all males fulfill this same command and appear as royalty before Him (Rev.1:6)
"...and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was. And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border (Heb. Tzitzit) of his garment (Heb. Tallit) : and as many as touched him were made whole." - Mark 6:55b-56
"Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the Tallit of Kepha passing by might touch and cover some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one." - Acts 5:15-16
"And he hath on his Tallit and on his banner a Name written, KING OF KINGS..." - Revelation 19:16

Instructions on Tying Tzitzits Containing YHWH's Name!
After purchasing a 100% woolen or linen Tallit, you will need to see if the tzitzits contain the required blue cord (a symbol of the Prince of Peace - Yahsha h'Meshiak) and if the tying of the tzitzit spells out "Y-H-W-H". If it doesn't, then it needs to! and you will have to cut-off the "Jewish" tzitzits and tie your own in the more perfect way! If you have to, buy some white cord and blue cord at a fabric store.
1. Take three white cords about 4 feet long and one blue cord about 5 feet long - feed through corner/wing hole bringing equal measures on both sides.
2. Tie a double knot about 6 inches out, then take one blue cord and make 10 wraps around all the other cords. This symbolizes the first letter in His Name. (10 = Yode (Y)),
3. Tie another double knot, take blue cord and make 5 wraps around all the other cords. This symbolizes the second letter in His Name. (5=hey (H)),
4. Tie another double knot, take blue cord and make 6 wraps around all the other cords. This symbolizes the third letter in His Name. (6=waw (W)),
5. Tie aother double knot, take blue cord and make 5 wraps around other cords. This symbolizes the fourth and last letter in His Name. (5=hey(H)),
6. Tie another double knot to finish tzitzit, then cut ends to match w/equal length, knot each end
5 double knots + 8 cords = 13, tzitzit spells out to Hebrew number 600. Add these two numbers and you get 613 which is a number symbolizing the "every word of YHWH" (Matt.4:4).
Remember the commandment in Num.15, "when you see it - tzitzit - you will remember ALL - 613 commandments of YHWH to do them.." By tying the tzitzit in the above fashion, you are looking at the Commandments in symbolism! The statute requires one blue cord among white (assumed). You can have 10 total cords if you want to! There is no statute requiring HOW MANY cords to make the tassel-tzitzit. What I described to you above is the best I've seen and makes sense. There is no statute that requires to spell YHWH in the tzitzit, but we see that the blue cord (Messiah) wrapping the other cords (YHWH's people) in His Name (Y-H-W-H). Read Yahchanan/John 17 and notice what the Messiah says about YHWH's Name and His apostles. There is NO good reason NOT to tie the tzitzit in the above fashion. In contrast, Jewish tradition spells out "ELOHIM" never YHWH in the tying of the tzitzit! You are not following Jewish tradition by wearing the Tallit - You are following Israylite tradition as commanded in the Torah just as the Messiah obeyed - you are walking in the footsteps of Messiah! The more you are willing to obey the more you will understand His word - the scriptures and the prophecies (Ps.111:10; Ishayah 1:19-20)!
The Tallit is worn during prayer, ministry, formal fellowship during Sabbaths and Feasts. It is a royal garment -a wedding garment - the royal robe of righteousness fit for kings, and worn by the King of kings! Are you a king? Yes you say, then wear the robe of kings as commanded!
